My supervision style is warm, open and supportive with a commitment to building an authentic and meaningful relationship in which the therapist feels safe, respected, heard and supported to share their clinical work.

My supervision practice focuses on;

Client Well-being: Ensuring the therapy clients receive meets professional and ethical standards
Skills Development: Helping the therapist to enhance their therapeutic skills, case formulation and intervention strategies

Professional Identity: Supporting the therapists’ growth as a reflective, competent and autonomous practitioner

Accountability: Providing oversight and guidance where necessary to ensure that clinical practice aligns with ethical and legal obligations

Emotional Support: Offering a safe space to process emotional reactions, promote self-care, identify potential signs of burnout and reduce isolation when working in private practice
